REAL SIDE SAS informs you, in conformity with art. 13 of the Code concerning the protection of the personal data, that the data provided by the sender by compiling the electronic fields above described will be dealt with by the REAL SIDE SAS, ), holder of the data processing, in electronic form only in order to forward the message to the respective receiver and, if requested, in order to send the newsletters.
The data are also dealt with by the persons in charge and appointed by the general manager to the above described aim. With regard to the data processing, in conformity with art. 7 of the Decree 196/2003 you have the right of obtaining from REAL SIDE SAS :

1. the confirmation of the existence or not of your data, their communication in intelligible form and the knowledge of their origin;
2. the cancellation, within reasonable time, of your data, their transformation into an anonym form;
3. the updating of the data, their amendment or, should you want it, their integration.

REAL SIDE SAS does not assume responsibility for the content of the message formulated by the sender.
